1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ph988 website (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, "ph988 Services"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph988 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of ph988 Services and not create an account on the Platform. Continued use of ph988 Services following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

ph988 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residence, and physical location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with ph988. Creating multiple accounts, whether concurrently or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, ph988 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all transactions made through duplicate accounts;
• Confiscate any winnings obtained through such accounts;
• Reclaim any bonuses, promotions, or other benefits received;
• Report the violation to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 2.3 Account Verification

3.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph988, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or malicious activity conducted through your account.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your ph988 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. ph988 is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts beyond ninety (90) days.

9.2 Termination by ph988

ph988 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or any other ph988 policy;
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or use of stolen payment methods;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements;
• Abuse of Promotions or irregular betting patterns;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Any conduct that ph988 deems harmful to its business, reputation, or other users.

Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, all bonuses forfeited, and any remaining balance subject to ph988's discretion. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, ph988 reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account.

Your privacy is important to ph988. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph988 Services shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Complaint Process: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting ph988 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days.
2. PAGCOR Complaint: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with its regulations.
3. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

12. Amendments to Terms

ph988 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform, unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of ph988 Services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using ph988 Services and close your account.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

The failure of ph988 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ph988.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph988 regarding your use of ph988 Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ph988. ph988 may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

ph988 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government action, telecommunications failures, or internet outages.
